Excellent schools are a key asset of our community. Many people move here to provide meaningful educational opportunities to their children, and even those without school age children realize the importance of quality schools on property values.

Dr. Robert Voors, the GUSD Superintendent, makes it clear why we must work hard to enable our student’s success by tapping the resources of our local community and by engaging those who want GREAT public education for their kids:

Our Impact

FGUS has consistently shown growing support from the community to benefit GUSD schools. That chart at left illustrates the growth in total donations to GUSD since 2004, and the table below identifies the specific allocation of the most recent year’s donation to GUSD.

While each respective year’s fundraising efforts have been successful, there remain many potential areas FGUS would like to address for Glendora’s students. FGUS looks forward to sustaining this growth in community support in order to increase its positive impact throughout the District.
